Gerald C. Jackson D.M.D. is new to the restaurant business. Gerald is a Salt Lake City, Utah native. He came to Reno in the 1950's after completing dental school in Boston and had a distinguished career in an endodontics practice in town. He is well known and liked throughout the medical and dental community. Jerry had often expressed interest in the restaurant business and was delighted to have the opportunity to become a partner with his son-in-law, Bill Gilbert, chef/owner of Beaujolais Bistro. Jerry retired from his endodontics practice four years ago and is now busy with advertising and entrepeneaur activities with Beaujolais Bistro.

Jerry and his wife, Teresa, are often present at the restaurant and are always eager to visit with patrons of the fine food and company that can be found there.
