Our Story
Twenty years ago, Chef Gilbert dreamed of opening a French Bistro of his own. With his dream in hand and his family’s support, Chef Gilbert established one of the most successful French restaurants in Reno, Nevada.
Through dedication to his craft and a commitment to serving only the highest quality food to his customers, Chef Gilbert has made Beaujolais Bistro “Reno’s favorite French Restaurant.”
